Here’s what we really know:

Steve ran Txt emmm into oblivion and he had shareholders who swore it was legit. It wasn’t and txt emmm shareholders got fleeced and paid the price for believing in Steve Berman.

We know that Steve has ran ONCI into the dirt while claiming profitable revenues in unaudited financials while at the same time signing shareholders up for dilutive debt that he profited from.

We know that Steve is prone to family emergencies or personal medical injuries when critical dates come and are missed.

We know that Steve has flat out lied to shareholders in too many instances to count.

We know that April is more than half over and no PL’s have been announced and that the Yield Sign has not been removed which indicates a severe housekeeping problem.


If I came knocking on your door and wanted to sell you ONCI and told you about FUTURE UNMET UNREALIZED AND NOT HAPPENED YET PIE IN THE SKY CRAP and then told you what we really know; how quickly would you slam the door in my face?

It’s clear some would welcome me in with their checkbook in hand though.
