Great buying opportunity with any panic selling. We are still near the bottom. If people think the merger is off, then any good news will send this flying, especially if the merging company is pulling in 7 figure revenues.

The float is definitely alot smaller than the authorized shares, I've been watching this for months and no one has been selling 500 million shares, just the usual flippers. Makes me think the share cancellation isn't as big of a dilemma as it is being made out to be.
