It typically takes at least a year and closer to 2 - 3 years before the SEC begins admin proceedings against a delinquent OTC filer.

Wish they were more on the ball...but they aren’t.

But Tommy boy’s penny financiers won’t be happy...and he likely will get no more money from them.

At least O’Leary got his filing in on time....lol.
