That was the original Kreido Biofuel company. Reed Petersen cleared all remaining debt when he purchased the company and it became an empty shell. Wai Lim Wong then purchased the shell from Mr Petersen for almost a half a million dollars.

Now we have an extremely valuable, debt free shell w/ a carrying NOL of $49 million!!!

After the R/M is completed, I fully expect a ticker change and an uplist to the QB based on his previous R/M.
