Check this out, Monaker is into real estate rentals. Anshu is working on AI with Mphase for applications for renters. Coincidence? I could see Anshu cleaning up Mphase, merging it with Verus, keeping the nanotech division, and selling Monaker the AI division in exchange for their preferred.
