The good news here is this; they could easily say to all shareholders that the share count was not something that they did (massive dilution to get to 7.2bn shares).
And then say, "we'll fix it and we promise to be good Scouts from now on".
That's the way most of the OTC deals work.
Then they reverse everyone out of their position and issue themselves shares and everyone who owns stock today gets wiped out while the new guys end up with a majority interest and make the coin.
They have NOT done that. Instead, they are willing to put up their ownership of 20 acres in Orlando so that they can grow this.
Until such time, that they act differently...I'll go along for the ride.
