Giving it a quick overview. I would say it was much of nothing burger. Clearly issuing shares to pay debt and look to be trying to keep expenses down as best they can.

End of the day, I didn't see anything alarming financially that we didn't already know. They certainly don't have a lot of powder to make many moves. So its wait and see on any expansion.

The good news is they issued the 10-k. The bad news is looks as if there is little reason to believe we will see "new store openings" anytime in the near future. Hope I'm wrong. I suspect the .05's are here to stay until we get some good news.
