Novel idea! Scott must be a real con man lol!!! If there wasn’t a contract he wouldn’t be saying there was! If anyone had a a reason to come clean about a situation it would be him. I have no reason to doubt him and he continues to respond to our emails. Maybe some on this board who doubt his knowledge and integrity should email him. I guess that would be similar to emailing the Navy!! Just my two thoughts. BTW, this post was not intended to be directed at you.
