I KNOW RIGHT?!?

It’s baffling to me that people seem so willing to gamble their kids away on these A-1 filings (The A-1 and A-1a) WHEN IT SO CLEARLY STATES THAT THESE NUMBERS HAVE NOT BEEN AUDITED.

The SEC will let you file for more shares but they do not require that MRQ’s (That’s shorthand for Most Recent Quarter) or MRA’s/MRK’s (Shorthand for Most Recent Annual report or Most Annual SEC 10K).



I can’t speak for anyone else but if some dude came up to me with a business deal and showed me unaudited financials with dubious origins and explanations of revenue I’d be immediately concerned with fraud.
