It is not bizarre at all.

Some people who don’t know the correct verbiage are confusing ONCI’s Quarterly Report and an SEC document known as a 10Q which is an SEC Compliant Quarterly Report.

While both are quarterly reports one is not recognized by the SEC and the actual 10Q known as a SEC Form 10Q is accosted and recognized by the sec.

It’s sort of like having a counterfeit iPhone and a real one in your hands and claiming to that because they’re both similar in appearance that they’re both real iPhones.

One is real and has value. The other only has the value that a victim will be willing to pay.


ONCI does not file 10Q’s or 10K’s. They don’t have to.

So when ANYONE claims they file 10Q’s or 10K’s you should immediately suspect them of not knowing the correct verbiage.
