Bashing??? I think more like being realistic regarding the impact the 10-K will have. Not much I would have to agree. Will take much more for the pps to move off its current block.

In effect, the air in the 10 K has been leaked out already. The O/S and float right now would require a JOLT of sure determination to move the PPS. DSGT has to convince the retail world that shares now mean great gain later. All about success and how DSGT demonstrate they have it in spades.
