I've been too busy for a few days to read board, but to AD.. I don't understand
your use of "agreeing" to a Reverse split.

almost positive our bkmp commons have NO voting rights from the inception. So if your suggesting we have input with the company about anything corporate, you'll be sadly disappointed since
Sandy can do whatever he wants without asking shareholders….. IMO
