I was the one who went through the court documents and found where Ruppert was trying to claim a note his wife had already been paid for - that was my work - no one helped with that certainly. I told Kim to fire Coldicutt and he did so very quickly - I didn't see where anyone provided any help. Nodummy did some excellent research but it wasn't done with collaboration from anyone on the board. Just as Kim hasn't operated a scam - no toxic financing - no paid promotions - hasn't done a reverse split - Kim has paid for the defense of NGCG and the shareholders against Ruppert. Oh, I find the 3(a)(10) exemption scam that Ross/Ruppert were operating.
