Steve Berman ALWAYS TWEETS NONSENSE and there’s always a few people who don’t understand the word “should” or “may” are ESCAPE WORDS!

If Steve Berman posted a tweet and said “The AUDIT will be out on 04/16/2019” or “Revenues WILL INCREASE” there is no legal escape if those things don’t happen.

Insert a properly placed “may”, or “should” and now he’s got escape routes all day long.
