The underlying meaning to this is that there has to be a good reason for a stock to gain its value or to at least hold a value. Without a reason, the price moves down. Currently AVGR has little reason to hold its value. The FDA announcement has been played and there's an RS coming. There's more shares going to hit the market in the coming months. Plus they won't see revenue from their new product for a while as they still need to set up production and get it accepted into the marketplace. Any new FDA announcements won't happen until later in the year. So for now, there's not a lot of reason to stick around and watch the price melt. There are a couple of possibilities that might light a fire under AVGR. The first would be a positive earnings surprise and the second would be a buyout offer. They are both long shots in the near term, but not entirely out of the question.
