Yeah, that's all well and good advice if you are dealing with an exec team and BOD with a degree of integrity. i.e. IBM, Apple.

You cannot possible propose that this bunch of scam bagging thieves in the OTC swamp have an ounce of the morals and ethics and the same sense of fiduciary responsibility to shareholders as IBM and Apple. You want guaranteed but perhaps lower ROI you go with the big boards. Investment strategies have to be much different here in the swamp.

If you apply the same investment strategies on legitimate board and the crap here in OTC you are certain to go broke, and quickly. There is no such thing as a "two year hold" in the OTC. IMHO
