Looks like new highs soon for the main indices. It needs to be convincing, so I figure 3000-3100 range for the S+P before a substantial pullback / consolidation happens. New highs must occur to reverse the TA/chart damage done in December.

Of the 4 main indices, only the Russell small caps (RUT) won't make a new high during the current move.
