CPWY has entered into an agreement with a business developer expert to expand its
green initiative and explore other areas where the Company may expand and diversify its
current business product offerings. The developer has extensive background working
with emerging growth companies. He has assisted several groups in accessing
international capital markets through IPO’s, Secondary Offerings, PIPE transaction, and
Venture Capital raises. Many of these company’s target the alternative energy market.
The developer has an educational background in Environmental Science and Portfolio
Management. He has worked extensively with European, North American, and Asian
Institutions in raising capital.
