Statement tomorrow WILL SAY. The JV has NOT WORKED OUT BECAUSE THEY CANNOT FULLFIL THERE OBLIGATIONS. We are going to TRY to sell the WHOLE company to INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUEEEE.
They will stay as directors UNTIL THE COMPANY IS SOLD.
