Anyone know why David hasn't found the money from his extensive connections to build a smaller working plant? The plant would prove out the technology and Genoil and their partner would be making money.
One successful plant would fund the next and the next. Seems to me that this should have been done long ago. Doing business with these dicey corrupt countries seems like a dangerous uphill battle. Any feedback is appreciated.
