Trading prices for our securities may bear little or no relationship to the actual recovery, if any, by holders of our securities in the 2019 Chapter 11 Cases. Furthermore, it is probable that our Common Stock and warrants will be cancelled as a result of the 2019 Chapter 11 Cases.”
