There is something wrong with "our" (securities) lawyers.

I noticed this the first time when they press-released the MF contract but didn't give us the contract value.

Why did SIAF's S-1 result in 100+ questions from the SEC?
Why so many errors in the filings?
Why did they screw up with the stock dividend?
Why the delays for the F-1 now?
Who messed up the F-share cash dividend in the past?
They can't even delist from Merkur?
Why the toxic note with Garrett?

I can give you a list two pages long that tells you SOMETHING is not right with our lawyers.
