Of course, DAVID RUSSELL FOLEY #13141-111 is a thief by nature.

He doesn't pay his lawyers. He doesn't pay his creditors. He doesn't pay his vendors. He doesn't pay his employees (ex-employees now). He doesn't pay his first and second mortgages. He doesn't pay his business taxes. He doesn't pay his personal taxes.

He stole from Global VR. He stole from NAMCO and a half-dozen othr game-makers. He defrauded a bank and then a mortgage company. He's committing fraud on the US Bankruptcy court, and he did the same on his 2008 personal bankruptcy.

He stole from MadCatz. He stole from SWIG. He stole from Cinnafilm. He stole from K2. He stole from Paramount. He stole from Criterion Collection. He stole from the landlord of 2450 Kruse.

He's a career thief. A criminally insane three-srike felon loser.

And he'll be going in DaHole for basically the remainder of his f'ked-up life because of his incorrigible, rapacious criminality and thieving. Where he can spend the rest of his daze CONsorting with those like himself - trying to swindle a pack of tuna or mackeral from a new inmate, extorting some weaker inmate for a weekly candy bar and ramen pack payoff.

If the BOP does their yobb and designates him to Beaumont, he'll gett beatdowns from real thugs for a year before he can apply for a transfer. Half the time Beaumont is on lockdown, so he can lay in his cell for 23 hours a day, getting meals thru the door slot, and having one hour rec time per day in a cage outside or in the gymnasium interior - two showers a week. Often with restricted commissary and also often with food poisoning and communicable diseases ravaging thru the prison. That's Beaumont. And regardless of what any Federal judge requests, the BOP can and does designate prisoners to wherever the BOP chooses - especially when dealing with fools who broke prison rules during their previous incarceration and committed major frauds from a BOP prison. These type of CONvicts routinely gett 'special selection' for prison designation - and I'll be shure to REFRESH my requests with the Western Regional Office in Stockton when DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted is up for designation again. Maybe we can even gett a double-banger by having him sit at the OKC transfer center for 4-6 months and then go on the ConAir travel circuit and bus merry-go-round for a few weeks on his way to Beaumont. Other thing about Beaumont is the correctional officers are pure Texans and meaner than the inmates -and they HATE Californian inmates!!! They view them as a rare treat.
