The minimum PPS is $4.00 for Nasdaq but thats the easy part with a reverse split. There are a boat load of other minimums required like revenue generation and profits for previous years that BYOC must also meet.

They currently don't meet any of the Nasdaq minimum requirements.

Its my belief that the 8K issued today is a complete hoax. BYOC has been hacked in my opinion.
