I do quite often. Big focus right now is the SEC form 1a being submitted for XYZ Hemp (GRPS). He says they hope to finally have it submitted this week and will release a PR when it is. It is 160 pages long and obviously takes countess reviews and revisions to get it right, so is hard to give a firm date.

That being said I don’t know anything new about RSHN specifically, other than it seems to benefit from things happening at GRPS. For example the last PR stating XYZ Hemp’s acquisition of New Earth Development...apparently RSHN will share in that profit somehow.
