c. In turn the 39 Million in Tax Benefits is (see Post) is being structured to use on existing and future projects , this is a KEY for them in moving forward and part of the entire restructuring process that is a critical component of Devmar Equities and future projects.

At December 31, 2018, the Company had net operating loss carry forwards for federal tax purposes of approximately $39 million which expires in years 2030 through 2038!
