Wrong. GG is overdue for some jail time. SEC investigators aren’t lazy and slow as people might think - he indeed was on their radar, they took away his little toys too, boo hoo.

He is a scam artist that calls himself entrepreneur, lives/lived the high life in California and uses the same software (code base), with minor tweaks for the purpose of starting up multiple companies and taking investors money. At least one software developer that worked on EVTI platform confirmed that he never got paid in full for the work done.

The “couple of lawsuits” turned out the be a big one by the SEC: he’s been identified as a stock promoter, saying he ran numerous FRAUDULENT schemes.

Giguiere’s house was auctioned off at Sheriff’s sale, it was estimated to be worth between $6M and $7M. Also on the list of particulars filed by the prosecutors was a $1M property in Newport Beach.

Also a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, and a Range Rover was on that same list. Plus on the prosecutors list was $473k in bank and brokerage accounts.

FYI, Giguiere hasn’t filed financials on EVTI for over 3 and 1/2 years. That puts the stock in serious jeopardy of being REVOKED.
