Somebody has been slowly building up the stock price in order to dump shares on unsuspecting investors.

The company owes a boatload of money to a lot of people which they have continued to delay repayment on.

Their new deal to buy three company was supposed to close today but will likely get extended as all their deals seem to run into problems.

Currently 50 million shares outstanding. Will jump to 80-100 million shares if deal closes and then they will need to raise additional funds thru toxic financing.
