Good information that should be widely read. The 'quiet period' is upon DSGT and IS being adhered to IMO. Don't blame DSGT management of being a bit cautious in determining what applies and what doesn't.

May just be blanketing 'every notification' until D is dropped.

The quiet period drives me nuts but, on the other hand, does reflect (to me) a sense of importance here. DSGT taking their intent to up list seriously and cautiously gives me encouragement to raise my expectations as to how all of the recent changes will impact their PPS.

Inclined to be positive even though the wait causes me a bit of stress!

Patience is not always easy to have.
