Yeah, so recap on RBZ - the filing for the offering came out on Friday morning and the stock dumped all the way down to 3.80. Then when the market opened it went ballistic - as if that filing never happened - it went up intraday to 27 bucks. Now, today, they priced that Friday offering at 5 and it came back down.
