This company will be on a lot more people's radars as a sub-penny.

My only hope is that they reduce the authorized shares. Post split, the A/S would be over 1.5 billion, and I think that would send the wrong message.

But 400 million shares is not at all uncommon in the pinks and wouldn't scare pink investors away. I can't tell you how many times I've heard folks on these message boards say, "And there's only 400 million shares!"
