PANAMA CITY, FL - I just spoke with a very good friend, Liga investor and resident there. He said the construction business is still in scramble mode from the hurricane. There are not enough contractors in the state, and many outside contractors are being hired to fulfill the rebuilding needs. All that to say, there are some hurting folks down there still, and acquiring labor is like hen's teeth.
