Feel a lot of Lyft perceived value will hinge on whether or not Uber IPO is a success or not.

If Uber IPO crash it might start to get investors look at if the business model itself is flawed. Overall I think a successful Uber IPO will help more than hurt. Is Lyft undervalued if Uber is trading say 2x IPO price (unlikely).
