I wouldn't expect to see any financials for a long while, at least until after they are a producing company. It's just not going to help much until that point. Financials only serve two purposes: moving to the OTC BB or proving revenues that are not valued into the stock price. These considerations are a long way off for CWRN at this point.

I still plan on buying up in coming months. This is not dilution in the sense that the O/S has increased in proportion to our holdings. And nothing has changed about the company.

I wouldn't expect any significant news to be released until after the split. This stock will start to build again from a new bottom, almost like a do-over.
