Lawsuit makes no sense based on claim dates.

Anyone that bought during that time should have known TRNX has until 5/6/19 to get compliant with Nasdaq. Now if they get delisted next month they might have a leg to stand on.

Or if they stay listed and don't go back to $3 or $4 they might also have something to claim... but probably less so and a much longer wait to receive anything.
