Imo. The RS would have been for before the 10k and merger. Not after. The share buyback would be for after the 10k and merger. Imo the only possibility is the buyback now. Because they will not let you do a buyback when the company has news like a 10k merger that has not been released. If they do a buyback it could happen after the 10k and buyback and would be great for us shareholders! Up to 250 million share buyback! My opinion and I might change it if someone has a better idea lol
