Except in this case. Wayne has a clawback clause. If Toxic Lender try to dump, then someone with Freddy Krueger claws goes after them. JK. The offering price is the current UNGS pps. So, UNGS pps has to appreciate for them to dump. And, once they dump they're out. Everyone wins. That's the beauty of Wayne's strategy to register these shares for cashola. He's getting ready to go shopping.
