You know that you can't trust anything he says, right? HERB doesn't have a VIE. Not in the swap agreement, not in any 10-K or any other document did HERB ever mention a VIE. Because there is no VIE. Gansu Asia-America Trade company or whatever it's called, holding the management rights to all the plantations, is a 100% subsidiary of HERB. Probably sitting on $400M+ in cash now. lol.
