And it's not like all US-listed Chinese companies are suffering. A lot of them are trading at normal multiples even with scam VIE's. The market doesn't even care.

The thing that I have noticed or learned throughout the years is that one problem can lead to many others. In such a way that it is hard to recover. For instance, lack of financing or not being able to raise cash obviously has had devastating consequences here, for SIAF. And when companies lose shareholder support is another example that leads to many other problems from which it is almost impossible to recover.

SIAF didn't even have the short attacks. And they still screwed up. As did HERB. HERB didn't even dilute, imagine that.
