If the A/S was a factor here, we would be in the trips. Outstanding shares is what's in play here, & with 55 million shares restricted, there's less than 300 million shares in the float. That is what will be traded before any future dilution occurs.

Any additional future dilution would be in the 4/15-16 filings. Most people who have been here a while assume we know why the A/S was raised and fairly confident in that assumption.

But as always anything can happen in the OTC, and it will, we will be talking to .01+ soon, lol, imo.
