Seems like jumping the gun to me. Why put up a "website" when you can't grow MJ? My guess is to dupe investors. If Steve told someone the license has been approved, that is an outright lie and is easily checked. Like almost EVERYTHING with this joke.

Even if there is a Sifthouse, the likelihood of obtaining a license at this stage of the game is very remote and very expensive.
