FLPC is being attacked and rightly so. Prior to revocation the SEC would have been in contact with this company numerous times about the delinquent reporting. FLPC failed to come up with any valid excuse as to why they didn't file and hence were eventually revoked.
FLPC haven't filed financials in 5 years why would they file now.
PURE BUNKEM!
I know of only one company that has come back from revocation in the last 5 years and it shouldn't have as it still remains in dire straights and its shares are trading sub penny.
