My memory of how the accreditation process was explained is that licensing agencies send a number of vials of unknown antigens (I might have that term wrong) with unknown consentrations to Arrayit who has to analyse the substance and report their findings. This happens three times a year (I think). We were shown three test reports and how the findings fit within a range of values, if your findings are outside the range you fail. Arrayit passed all three. We were shown the test vials (packaged in a neat styrofoam container) while we were in the lab and results while we were in the conference room toward the end of the visit. I believe this whole subject was brought up to answer a question about lab accreditation by one of the visitors,
