I think it is very unlikely that SIAF will go dark soon. There would have been no point in the recent filing incuding numbers for revenue if there had been a plan to go dark. I think the real problem is the absence of sctivities to get SIAF out of the current standstill. Selling off some assets with lackluster prospects would have been a useful activity. Solomon does not seem to have the guts to do that.
