First this is too small of a company to succeed on its own. Why they need money and manpower which they do not have. However,they have good accounts and they have experience in mj which could explode. They need a partner no doubt and they are working to get one. Secondly as Roger said penny stock is not traded to the point where they can really benefit. There he they need to uplist and the only way they can do that is merge. They did transfer stock to a company that does mergers so there is hope there. If there is no news Monday I will sell and buy back at a cheaper price. Just my opinion.
