I tried talking to a local private trucking company. I am in mergers and acquisitions mode. He does about $10,000,000 in sales. Makes about 35% net on the biz, I guess. No go there. I am an expert in M&As. I once I reduce my holdings down to 5-8% and still be a large shareholder. A company can change many times during the span cycle of existence. I know what to do with FINRA and I will negotiate good terms for this structure That has ZERO DEBT. Believe in me and my abilities. I will also complete any SEC tid bits. Make sure the ACCR administration part is all up to date and give up control.
