There is no reason to be guessing. The filing should be out within days and will give us the most current OS number.

There is still convertible debt, but I believe it is down to a very manageable level now as evidenced by PPS having stabilized at around $0.001 level for months after falling for over a year. The OS will have to increase further before the company is debt free and profitable. Generating revenue is the real goal here - revenue cures everything. If BMIX starts making money on that new drilling-confirmed area - nothing will stop the stock from skyrocketing, even the remaining measly convertible debt.
