I started to invest, thinking this would be another Kmart and then it hit me, Kmart cancel all there shares. I've been reading some of the board's postings. The PR on Nov. is disturbing so, I called the number on Winn Dixie's site (investor page)1-888-822-5593 (American Tranfer). Here is what they said, all common stock will be cancel and deemed worthless. (I may of misunderstood her, I only say this as a disclaimer in case she doesn't know what she is talking about) Call is toll free, Check it out for your self, Hope I'm wrong. GLTA
