IPIX may have to do lab work in formulating Brilacidin topical creams (right up Dr B's alley) for dermatology matters, we may have to do some lab work for other B indications, etc.

IPIX also said if they are not planning on using the lab facilities for a period of time that they would lease out the lab space. Who knows if they in fact are receiving rental fees as we speak regarding these facilities? I believe in mgt and know if they kept the lab spaces there was a perceived need for such spaces.
