My guess around the thinking is that since this stock has fallen so low, it will be difficult as a pink stock with no financials to get back from .02 to .60 or more no matter how well the company does. But it is far more common for a promising pink stock to climb from sub-penny to .10 or higher.

I see far less promising pink stocks trading at higher market caps because of the attractiveness of a miniscule share price.

Everyone in pink land looks for that pick that will make them a millionaire.

That's all I can think as to why investors wanted this to happen.
